3. Our liability and transactions completed on our website

3.1. As introductory agents for the providers of domestic and commercial services, we are authorised to enter into a contract with you on the providers’ behalf. We are authorised to take your booking enquiry and allocate the job to the relevant provider (PROVIDER) and send an email confirming the booking and a link to the Terms and Conditions.

3.2. You enter into a contract with the Provider and the responsibility for providing the service remains solely with the Provider. Read our Terms and Conditions carefully as contracts are legally binding upon receiving your agreement.

3.3. Once your agreement to the terms has been indicated and sent to you by email set out in writing via the link provided, a contract will commence between you and the Provider.

3.4. We do our best to select the best Providers, but the responsibility for the service provision remains solely with the Provider. We accept no liability and take no responsibility for the services provided under the terms of your contract.

3.5. We will be your principal contact whilst you get services from the Provider though your contract remains with the Provider. We will also process all non-cash and electronic payments on the Provider’s behalf.

3.6. We welcome your feedback regarding Providers and if you have experienced any issues you need to inform us immediately on 020 3923 9103.

4. Changes to our Website

4.1. We update our website regularly and we may change content without prior notice. If necessary, access to our site may be suspended indefinitely. We do not accept any liability if the content on our site is outdated.

5. Reliance on published information

5.1. Content and comments posted on our site are not intended to give advice and no reliance should be placed on such information.

6. Liability for material on our website

13.1 All of your data collected during the process of your quotation or/and during the chosen service will be stored safely and securely and will not be shared with anyone.

13.2 You can at any time request to unsubscribe and therefore will not receive any emails from us once you have unsubscribed.

13.3 We will not use your email address to send you any advertising emails or promotions unless you have subscribed to our form.

13.4 Your data will be stored for 36 months and will be automatically deleted once the period of time has passed unless you have chosen to use our services once again during that time.

13.5 You will continue receiving important emails such as quotations, amended quotation, confirmation and amended confirmation as well.

13.6 You can at any time request to obtain the data that we have stored for yourself and we shall present it to you in 15 business days.

13.7 You can contact us at any time to request additional information or to file a complaint regarding your data.

14. Variations

These terms of use may be revised at any time and the amendment posted on this page. The responsibility for checking these terms from time to time remains yours and this is important as they are binding. Some provisions contained in these terms may also be overruled by provisions or notices published in other areas of our website.
